General Provisions

1.1. These terms define the rules for using the BlastBox Code application, provided by the Ixavence team at blastbox.sbs.

1.2. Ixavence is an independent team of web creators — it is not a company or a registered legal entity. BlastBox Code is a tool that allows editing of HTML content while preserving the full structure of the page.

1.3. By using the BlastBox Code tool provided by Ixavence, the User acknowledges that they have read these Terms of Use and fully accept them.

Scope and Nature

2.1. Ixavence provides the following access forms to the BlastBox Code tool:

2.2. Use of the BlastBox Code tool is free of charge for both commercial and non-commercial purposes.

2.3. The BlastBox Code tool is hosted on server infrastructure provided by Hostinger, and its source code is available on GitHub.

Intellectual Property and Copyright

3.1. Graphic elements such as the BlastBox Code logo and program icon are protected by copyright. The source code of the tool is provided under the MIT license, allowing its use, modification, and distribution according to the license terms.

3.2. The BlastBox Code source code is available under the MIT license. You may modify, copy, and distribute it for private or commercial purposes. You are allowed to create your own applications based on BlastBox Code without attribution, but if you choose to credit the authors, we would appreciate it.

3.3. Icons used on the website are created by Boxicons and are used in accordance with the license terms provided by their creators.

Privacy and Data Protection

4.1. Ixavence never sells, transfers, or shares users' personal data with third parties for commercial, marketing, or profit-driven purposes.

4.2. To analyze traffic and improve the quality and functionality of our services, Ixavence websites may use the following analytics tools:

Hostinger Analytics – provided by the hosting service provider,
IXA Analytics – a tool based on Matomo technology, running locally or on a trusted server, fully privacy-compliant and managed by the Ixavence team,
Google Analytics (optional) – a system that collects anonymous statistical data, processed according to Google's privacy policy.

4.3. Use of Google Analytics is entirely optional. Users can opt out at any time using tracking-blocking tools (e.g., Google's official browser add-on) or by declining consent upon their first visit to the site.

4.4. IXA Analytics fully respects users' privacy — data is collected anonymously, without profiling, and is not shared with third parties. Local data processing ensures Ixavence maintains full control over the security and confidentiality of this information.

Liability

5.1. Ixavence makes every effort to ensure that the BlastBox Code tool is stable, secure, and available to users. However, temporary technical interruptions, updates, or issues beyond the control of Ixavence may occur.

5.2. Users use the BlastBox Code tool at their own risk. Ixavence is not responsible for any losses, damages, or lost profits resulting from the use of either the official release or modified versions of the tool.

7.1. Ixavence reserves the right to change these Terms of Use at any time without prior notice. Changes take effect immediately upon publication on ixavence.org.

7.2. Continued use of services after publication of changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms of Use.
